27. New York Giants (27)

Just when it seemed like the New York Giants were on their way to earning a third win in a row when seeing how awful the Philadelphia Eagles looked on Sunday, some questionable play calling took place during Sunday’s Week 12 loss. For starters, why on earth didn’t the Giants run the football more with Saquon Barkley when seeing how much he was dominating the Eagles’ defense for the most part during the first two quarters?

During his first NFL season, Barkley has been an absolute nightmare at times for opponents when seeing how effective he’s been as both as rusher and receiver. So when seeing how he only received 13 carries while managing to finish with 101 rushing yards to go along with two touchdowns (one receiving), it’s mind boggling to think about how New York didn’t try to use him more when the offense seemed to need him the most in the second half.

Poor decisions like this are one of the main reasons why New York has been in the bottom of the NFC East for a second year in a row. Not to mention, some of the questionable throws by Eli Manning against the Eagles make it seem like the Giants need to move on from the veteran quarterback sooner rather than later.
