3. Demario Davis

First up for the Saints is one of their defensive players. This was tough as their defense has a lot of impact players and a lot of guys who don’t get the credit they deserve. Against the Cowboys, I’m going with Demario Davis. Honestly, I went back and forth many times between him and Cameron Jordan.

Davis’ impact since joining the team has been immense. He was a free-agent find from the New York Jets and has fit seamlessly into the defense. Last week against the Falcons, Davis was absolutely dominant. He finished the game with six tackles, a sack and a forced fumble, becoming a nightmare for the Falcons offense.

Against the Cowboys, Davis is a must-watch as he’s going to get the pressure on Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott. Both hold the key to the team’s success so Davis isn’t going to back down. Davis also leads the team in tackles and has stalled some of the best offenses in the league.

Considering how much damage Davis did to Eli Manning, Prescott better watch out. Between Davis and Jordan, Prescott is already in trouble unless his offensive line shows up and actually protects him. Then again, Davis’ stats speak for themselves, so the O-line also has their work cut out for them.
