The Arizona Cardinals are catching the Green Bay Packers at a good time. They have a good chance to win.

The Arizona Cardinals have the opportunity to grab another road victory on Sunday in Week 13. They travel to play the Green Bay Packers, who are in the midst of a two-game losing streak. Obviously, they are catching the Packers at a good time.

Last Sunday, the Cardinals started their game against the Los Angeles Chargers quick, but faded just as fast. They jumped out in front 10-0, but in typical 2018 Redbirds fashion, they gave up 45 consecutive points to lose 45-10. On the other side, Green Bay was tied with Minnesota 14-14 at halftime. Minnesota scored ten 3rd quarter points to win 24-17. Green Bay has lost four of their last five games, just like Arizona.

Evidently, Josh Rosen and Aaron Rodgers have became instant friends. Darren Urban of AZCardinals.com reports the following:

"Josh Rosen and Aaron Rodgers were being represented by the same agency and were brought together for a little pre-draft publicity. Yet in that time, the bond between the two quarterbacks formed quickly…"

Urban quotes Rodgers thoughts concerning Rosen:

"“I think he’s an old soul,” Rodgers said Wednesday. “He’s a young kid but I think he sees things through a different lens. That’s probably why we connected.”"

Green Bay is currently a double-digit favorite to win the game, but stranger things have happened. Arizona has the talent and the defense to win this one. The Cardinals have to pressure Rodgers unmercifully. Minnesota sacked Rodgers four times last week. Arizona sacked Philip Rivers four times. The Redbirds have to control the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball.

Arizona will have to throw the ball downfield. The short passing game would play into the Packers game plan. Hopefully, they can match the 342 passing yards that Kirk Cousins put on the Green Bay defense.

Most of all, Arizona has to create turnovers. Short fields are the best recipe for putting points on the scoreboard. The game is there for the taking, if the Cardinals are up for the task.
