New York Jets (3-9) at Buffalo Bills (4-8)

Sunday, December 9, 1PM ET

Who really cares, right? The New York Jets and Buffalo Bills are the farthest thing from a relevant matchup, with the two offering the lowest total of wins (tied) among all Week 14 games. The New England Patriots have essentially already sewn up the AFC East, so this one is for pride.

In the end, it’ll come down to who wants it more — or who wants to tank less. At this point in time, it seems like the New York Jets are the lesser team, even after both clubs failed to play spoiler in Week 13 against teams desperately clinging to playoff hopes.

Anyways, here’s why I’m giving the win to the Bills. First, they’re at home. Second, they’ve got the superior talent at quarterback, seeing as Josh Allen is a sparkplug for this Buffalo offense. Finally, the Bills defense is far superior to the New York’s, which hasn’t lived up to its potential during the 2018 campaign.

As I mentioned, though, it really doesn’t matter. Both of these teams are far from most people’s minds, unless you’re a fan of either. This is one game you probably shouldn’t tune into on Sunday. If you do decide to watch, chances are you’ll see Allen and the Bills get the win at home while sending the Jets home to the Big Apple with a 3-10 record.

Prediction: Bills win 28-24
