2. Cowboys vs. Eagles

No matter what is going on during the regular season, the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles always seem to make for exciting football when looking at how intense these games tend to be. Just look at the first meeting between these two NFC East rivals, as the Cowboys escaped with a huge win in Philadelphia, which actually was actually the beginning of their turnaround.

One can only imagine how different things would have been if Dallas lost that game since Jason Garrett’s hot seat was heating up more than ever leading up to that game. But since that epic win over the Eagles, the Cowboys have made a case for being one of the hottest teams in the NFC with four wins in a row, with the latest coming against the New Orleans Saints.

Dallas has certainly made a strong case for being the team to beat in the division, but a win by Philadelphia would put the defending champions in first place, although whether it would last is a different story since they also have games against the Los Angeles Rams and Houston Texans. Still, instead of worrying about those upcoming games, the Eagles have all of their attention focused on making sure they avoid a second loss to the Cowboys, which is why this one will be fun to watch.
