The Cleveland Browns and Denver Broncos will meet in Week 15, with playoff hopes on the line for both squads. Who will stand out in this desperate AFC matchup on Saturday night?

The Cleveland Browns and Denver Broncos have come out of nowhere this season to compete for a playoff spot. After going 0-16 in 2017, no one expected the Browns to be as competitive as they are. But, with their young core now in place, Cleveland’s future is just as bright as any team in the AFC.

Baker Mayfield has become a stud, Nick Chubb is the power runner Cleveland has been looking for. Although he isn’t playing due to a concussion, Denzel Ward is a young lockdown cornerback, and safety Damarious Randall was a tremendous addition by John Dorsey in the offseason. Add in Myles Garrett and Larry Ogunjobi on the defensive line, and the Dawg Pound has a recipe for success for the next decade.

On the flip side, Denver has found themselves almost spinning their wheels at the quarterback position. Their defense, especially the front seven, is still one of the best in the league. Von Miller is a superstar in his prime, and pairing him up with rookie Bradley Chubb has elevated the play of the entire defense.

But, Case Keenum hasn’t been what John Elway and the Broncos thought he would be this season. Coming off a career year with the Minnesota Vikings, Keenum finally got his very own NFL franchise as a starting quarterback in Denver. He’s been serviceable for the Broncos, which is really something you never want to hear about your team’s quarterback position.

These two squads will meet in Week 15, on Saturday night. Denver’s won 11-straight against Cleveland, but this time, the Browns will be riding high. Coming off a 26-20 win over the Panthers, the Browns will hope to continue Denver’s losing ways after their demoralizing defeat to the San Francisco 49ers.

So, who’s going to shine under the lights in this one? Let’s take a look at three players the fans should be keeping an eye on during this Saturday night battle.
