24. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (21)

There’s no way the Tampa Bay Buccaneers can expect to win games when Jameis Winston throws for just 157 yards. While he has his flaws as a quarterback — especially when it comes to turning the ball over — Winston is still a guy who can light things up with his arm. Making that easier to do is the way Mike Evans can dominate as a receiver. Even in their latest loss, Evans showed that off as he had 121 yards off just four receptions.

What hurts though is the fact that there were only 36 yards gained by the rest of the team. And 23 of those yards came from Adam Humphries. While the Bucs were playing a talented defense in the Baltimore Ravens, this was still unacceptable. No one showed up in the passing game, and it led to a 20-12 loss.

Lost in their defeat was the solid running game out of Peyton Barber. The young running back has been up and down this season, but ended this one with 85 yards on the ground with just 19 carries. It was a small morale victory for a team that could be looking for a new coach — and maybe even a new quarterback — in a few more weeks.
