30. New York Jets (30)

The New York Jets pulled off a near-upset as they played the Houston Texans this past Saturday. After a slow start, they found themselves with the lead late as they went up 22-19 in the fourth quarter after a 15-play, 73-yard drive ended on a touchdown run by Elijah McGuire.

After that, it was all Houston. They got a touchdown to take the lead and later a field goal iced it. As for the Jets, they had to be a little heated as they seemed to have stopped Houston, but a third-down incompletion was followed by a flag on Morris Claiborne. It was a bit questionable, and it allowed Houston to take the lead back for good.

The penalty hurt, but they still had a chance but did nothing with the ball. After their fourth-quarter touchdown, the Jets had eight more played and went for four total yards. It was a pretty good summary of their season so far. New York has had some great moments, but they continually come up just short.

New York will need to make a lot of changes this offseason. Their head coach could be on the way out and they need to tweak the roster a bit. No matter what their plan is, the No. 1 task needs to be adding some weapons for young quarterback Sam Darnold.
