10. Atlanta Falcons: Quinnen Williams, DT, Alabama

There hasn’t been much that’s gone right this season for the Atlanta Falcons. They were guilty of having a Super Bowl hangover last season as their offense wasn’t the same as the prior year, but there’s no excuse for why they haven’t looked like the same team this year. It hasn’t just been their offense either, the whole team is bad.

Atlanta does have parts on offense to love, especially in the passing game. Their issue seems to be putting it all together, which could be a reflection of Steve Sarkisian calling the plays. He’s likely not coming back and that could make them more effective on that side of the ball.

As for the defense, they’ve been hampered with injuries that have hurt their overall performance. This isn’t to say health is their only downfall, because they do still need some more talent. One way they can improve is by bulking up their defensive line. And that’s where Alabama’s Quinnen Williams comes in.

The 290-pound Williams has proven to be a menace to opposing offenses. He’s entering the college playoffs with 18 tackles for a loss and eight sacks. That’s the kind of playmaking the Falcons can use as they hope to be much better in every facet of defense in 2019.
