Here are 20 bold predictions for football fans to consider during NFL Week 16 of the 2018 season.

Isn’t it crazy to think how there are only two weeks remaining in the 2018 regular season before the playoffs officially get underway? As teams prepare for what should be another exciting NFL Week 16, there may be some teams that already know their season is over, but also plenty of others still battling for playoff position.

Take a look at the Los Angeles Rams for instance who seemed like a lock for the top seed in the NFC during the first half of the regular season, only to appear to be heading towards the No. 2 spot when seeing how well the New Orleans Saints are playing. Never in a million years did the Rams of all teams expect to be entering their upcoming matchup with the Arizona Cardinals coming off back-to-back losses, but it’s become concerning this late in the year.

All of a sudden, Los Angeles is feeling more pressure than ever to get back on the winning track since the Chicago Bears, who defeated the Rams in Week 14, seem determined to make a push for a first-round bye as well.

If the Rams are in fact going to get back on the winning track, Jared Goff needs to figure out a way to get out of his recent slump, and elevate his game to a MVP level again. While it’s unfair to blame one individual for the team’s recent struggles, seeing how Goff only has one touchdown pass over the last three games to go along with six interceptions shows why there’s so much recent frustration towards the former top pick.

So does Goff have what it takes to turn things around on Sunday when facing the Cardinals? Along with what to expect in that NFC West showdown, here are some other bold predictions to take into consideration as well for Week 16.
