With the Pittsburgh Steelers coming off a big win and the New Orleans Saints looking to bounce back, this game is huge. Five bold predictions for it.

The New Orleans Saints and Pittsburgh Steelers have both had a rough couple of weeks. For the Saints, they were dealing with a loss and a complete 180 from how Drew Brees had been playing. The Steelers, on the other hand, are dealing with life without James Conner and losing three of their last four games. It’s not hard to see the parallels between the two teams.

Since the Steelers are the visitors, let’s start with them. The Steelers had an interesting season, including Le’Veon Bell sitting out all year, a loss to the Raiders and the emergence of JuJu Smith-Schuster as Ben Rothlisberger’s new favorite target. Their season has been exciting for fans and mostly, full of ups and downs. The team is still sitting atop their division though but still have the Saints to play.

As for the Saints, the team started off a little shaky before gaining momentum. They even managed to take down the undefeated Rams, got through Mark Ingram’s suspension and Drew Brees has emerged as an MVP candidate. Everything was great until the team lost to the Dallas Cowboys and they haven’t found their way back to who they were. Thankfully, they managed to get wins over the Panthers and Buccaneers.

The two teams are also poised for playoff runs and this game is huge for them. For the Steelers, it’s their chance to prove their standing in the AFC. For the Saints, it’s their chance to prove they’re truly back on track. Before the game kicks off, let’s get into five bold predictions for the matchup on Sunday afternoon.
