28. Buffalo Bills (26)

Isn’t it crazy to think how much can change in a span of a year? Around this time last season, the Buffalo Bills were on the verge of finally putting an end to their playoff drought, only to be heading into Week 17 with only five wins to their name.

Things may not have gone the way Buffalo was hoping for during the 2018 season, but once again, Week 16 was the perfect example of how the team seems to finally have found a potential quarterback to build the franchise around in Josh Allen. Like most rookies facing a very talented team like the New England Patriots, Allen didn’t exactly put together his best performance against he defending AFC champions, but hopefully this experience will pay off in the long run.

Just because the Bills finally feel good about having a quarterback with potential in Allen doesn’t mean they’re guaranteed to succeed when seeing how the Patriots are always going to be standing in Buffalo’s way as long as Tom Brady and Bill Belichick are around. If only the Bills showed up on offense in the first half, maybe this game would have ended up being a little closer to put them in better position to take down the Patriots.
