19. Pittsburgh Steelers: Amani Oruwariye, CB, Penn State

The Pittsburgh Steelers desperately need help on defense moving forward, specifically in the secondary. Yes, linebacker remains a need for them, but any pick at that position here would be a reach for them. As such, they do look to the secondary and try to shore up a unit where they’ve had several misses and are still severely lacking. They need a future at cornerback and Amani Oruwariye could be a guy that could remedy that.

With great size and athletic traits, Oruwariye should be able to come into the NFL and play right away. While there are some concerns with his top-end speed watching him on film, it’s not overly concerning and he clearly has the instincts to be a playmaker in pass defense coming out of Penn State.

20. Tennessee Titans: Brian Burns, EDGE, Florida State

Many expected the Tennessee Titans to hit a new gear this season with the changes that they made to the coaching staff. While still in the playoff hunt, the Titans are still somewhat conservative and old-school on the offensive side of the ball. However, their defense has been a revelation this season as one of the best units in the league. And they can further improve it heading into the 2019 NFL Draft.

After landing Harold Landry in the second round last year, the Titans can get more speed on the edge here for the future with Brian Burns. Burns has proven to be explosive and immensely talented as a pass-rusher, but needs to add weight to his frame. With veterans in Tennessee like Brian Orakpo and Derrick Morgan, though, the Titans can add weight to Burns to bring him along rather than inserting him before he’s ready.
