17. Cleveland Browns: Kelvin Harmon, WR, NC State

Though the Cleveland Browns are paying Jarvis Landry like one, they are a team in need of a viable No. 1 receiving option moving forward. With Freddie Kitchens at the helm of the offense, Baker Mayfield and Co. have made tremendous strides late in the 2018 season. However, they now can take another step forward by adding an offensive piece to help out the young signal-caller and the unit as a whole.

Kelvin Harmon is an absolute beast that could do that for them. With great size for a prototype No. 1, Harmon has the ability to separate with solid route-running on the outside, in addition to having great play-strength and timing to win on 50-50 balls. He’s a playmaker with tremendous college production that would be a huge asset for the Browns.

18. Philadelphia Eagles: David Edwards, OT, Wisconsin

The defending Super Bowl champions might be the strangest team in the NFL, struggling with injuries all season, but then becoming galvanized once again by Nick Foles taking over for Carson Wentz and remaining alive in the playoff race. Regardless of what that means in the long run for Philly, they need to add long-term stability in front of whoever is paying quarterback with aging or lacking tackles on the edge.

David Edwards is another guy from Wisconsin that projects as a Day 1 starter that can play and help the Eagles right away. Edwards has fantastic play strength and solid footwork to go along with great size and build for the position. While he’s not a tremendous athlete, he has the mental skills to make up for any shortcomings there and be a key piece in the Philadelphia offense.
