Here are the latest head coaches that should consider themselves on the hot seat for NFL Week 17 of the 2018 season.

Since NFL Week 17 has officially arrived, it’s only a matter of time before numerous head coaches will most likely be in search of new jobs to take on for the 2019 season, as bad as that sounds to say. By now, most teams have already accepted the fact they’ll be watching the playoffs from home come January, and when it comes to some of this season’s biggest disappointments, the Denver Broncos sit right near the top of the list.

At the beginning of the season, the Broncos were expected to return to their playoff level from a few years ago now that Case Keenum was on board, and seemed capable of solving their previous issues at quarterback. Turns out, Denver is still the same team from the previous two years with a 6-9 record heading into their regular-season finale meeting with the Los Angeles Chargers.

Seeing how the Chargers still have something to play for along with the fact that the Broncos are coming off an embarrassing loss to the Oakland Raiders, it’s easy to understand why many believe Vance Joseph is in his final days with Denver.

Even if the argument can be made that it would be unfair to part ways with Joseph after only two seasons, keep in mind just how close he was to losing his job after last season before the organization decided to give him another chance. So for one final time now that it’s the end of the regular season, here are the top five head coaches on the hot seat heading into Week 17 before the playoffs get underway in January.
