The Chicago Bears take on the Minnesota Vikings in the regular season finale. Here are three things to look for in the game.

The Chicago Bears‘ regular season is just 60 minutes away from being over. Normally, we’d say their year is that far away from ending, but this season is different. Of course, they won the NFC North division, so their season continues. The only question that remains is whether they start their championship run next week or get some rest first.

The answer to that question comes in Week 17. The Bears travel to Minnesota to take on the Vikings. The Vikings are playing for their playoff lives. In order to receive their invitation, they need to beat the Bears.

While the Bears are already in, they still have something to play for themselves. If they win and the Los Angeles Rams lose, the Bears move up to the second seed, thus giving themselves a first-round bye.

The NFL, in its infinite wisdom, decided to make things more interesting. They flexed the Bears game so they and Los Angeles play at the same time. That way, the league has two important games instead of one. That likely results in a lot of scoreboard watching on both sides.

What do the Bears do, then? Do they use this week to rest their key players, or do they play the game hard to try to win?

This is a good problem for the Bears to have. Normally we’d be talking about the upcoming draft and possible free agent pickups. Instead, we’re talking about playing or resting the starters. Fans all around the nation are giving their opinions, but the only one that matters is that of head coach Matt Nagy. He’ll decide what the team does.

In the meantime, here are three things to look for this week.
