The Dallas Cowboys wrapped up another NFC East title, but there are still holes to address. We do that here with this 2019 7-Round Mock Draft.

After winning the NFC East this season, the Dallas Cowboys aim to make some noise in the NFL playoffs. And they’re coming off one of their most exciting wins of the season as they look to do that.

With nothing on the line, Dallas rested running back Ezekiel Elliott as well as left tackle Tyron Smith and right guard Zack Martin. Those three have been banged up some, so it wasn’t much of a surprise to see them all inactive. What was a surprise, was seeing the rest of their starters play the entire game.

That included quarterback Dak Prescott, who threw four touchdown passes — including one on fourth-and-15 which was then followed with a game-winning pass to Michael Gallup on a two-point conversion attempt. For their young quarterback, it marked the second time in three seasons that he led them to double-digit wins and an NFC East title. It was also the third-straight season that he managed more than 20 touchdown passes and five rushing scores.

The rest of their story for this season has yet to be written, and Dallas hopes they go far beyond the first round. While they’re still playing on, we are watching but still wondering what they can do to become a better franchise moving forward. We try and help build their roster here with this postseason Week 1 mock draft.
