4. Oakland Raiders: Quinnen Williams, DT, Alabama

After making the two big trades to add two more draft picks in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft — and one in the 2020 — the Oakland Raiders are on the clock with their own pick. They had hoped that their trade of Khalil Mack may have led to their first choice, but that didn’t happen as the Chicago Bears revamped defense — led by Mack — made the postseason after winning the NFC North.

They also hoped the pick they got from Dallas for Amari Cooper would have been a top-10 pick, but they also won their division thanks in large part to the pice the Raiders gave up on. So, with two teams heading to the postseason thanks in large part to two of the best players Oakland had to start 2018, they now look to rebuild for a shot to get into the same tournament in the near future.

Originally, it looked like the No. 1 pick was all but guaranteed, but quarterback Derek Carr said he would mess that up for the front office — and they have done that. They still can get a legit player here, and they do just that with Quinnen Williams.

The Alabama defensive tackle is a nightmare to try and block. The 6-foot-4, 289-pound redshirt sophomore broke out this season with 66 tackles and eight sacks. In doing so, he leapfrogged some great prospects and find himself called upon as a top-5 pick here. His addition will start to rebuild the Raiders struggling defensive line, which is just one of their many areas of concern.
