After Week 17 is done and the postseason is officially set, we have a final ranking of all 32 teams in this 2018 NFL Power Rankings

Our post-Week 17 NFL Power Rankings come in after a weekend full of games that had some impact on the postseason. The final spot in the AFC and NFC were up for grabs, as was the AFC North as the Pittsburgh Steelers were needing a win and some help to take out the Baltimore Ravens.

They didn’t get it as the Steelers did win, but then the Ravens held off a ferocious comeback from the upstart Cleveland Browns. Just outside of field goal range and down by two, the Browns were going for it on fourth-down and C.J. Mosley ended their hopes for an upset — which in turn ended the Steelers hopes for a postseason berth.

Another Pennsylvania team was also needing some help and a win as the Philadelphia Eagles fought for the last wildcard spot with the Minnesota Vikings — the team they faced in the NFC Championship game last year. The Eagles easily won over Washington and they got the help they needed as the Bears upended the Vikings.

It was another improbable run as the Eagles looked dead in the water three weeks ago. Then Nick Foles came in and the MVP of last season’s Super Bowl knocked off two playoff teams in huge upsets as they once again look to be on a magical run.

Then things were all wrapped up with the Tennessee Titans hosting the Indianapolis Colts for the final AFC playoff spot. The Colts ended up winning that one easily after the Titans did all they could to make it a game.

With all the dust settled, we have a final regular season ranking of all 32 teams in the NFL.
