26. Indianapolis Colts: Kelvin Harmon, WR, North Carolina State

This season, Frank Reich seems like a shoo-in for NFL Head Coach of the Year. After his Indianapolis Colts started out 1-5, he kept them going and they ended up making the playoffs as the final seed. Then, they went out in the Wild Card Round and defeated the Houston Texans on the road — and made it look easy.

What’s crazy about all that is that Reich wasn’t even the first choice. He was the fallback option after Josh McDaniels accepted the job and backed out after hiring assistants. Those assistants were kept by Reich — which proved he’s a good guy as well as a good coach — and they are also in line for head coaching jobs now.

While Reich deserves a ton of credit, so too does Chris Ballard. The GM hit some massive home runs in the draft, especially with his selection of linebacker Darius Leonard in the second round.

Looking ahead to next season, the Colts look to again make a splash with their draft picks and they can do just that with North Carolina State receiver Kelvin Harmon. The 6-3 junior had more than 1,000 yards in each of the past two seasons and would give them a big target opposite T.Y. Hilton which makes a scary offense that much harder to defend.
