45. Atlanta Falcons: Elgton Jenkins, OC/G, Mississippi State

After addressing the defensive line of scrimmage in the first round, the Falcons now add depth to the offensive line of scrimmage in the second. Listed as a center, Elgton Jenkins from Mississippi State can actually help at guard while also giving the Falcons an option in the middle should Alex Mack start to slow down any. Until that happens, he can be a solid player for them at a position that has been a sore spot for a couple of years now.

46. Washington Redskins: Tyler Biadasz, OC, Wisconsin

Another interior lineman hears his name called as the Redskins turn their card in with the name Tyler Biadasz on it. The Wisconsin center should have no problem being a day one starter as another member of offensive lineman university makes his way to the pros.

47. Carolina Panthers: Hakeem Butler, WR, Iowa State

Hakeem Butler looks the part of a Carolina Panthers wide receiver as he stands 6-foot-6 and 225-pounds. He was a human highlight reel this season for Iowa State and finished the year with 1,318 yards and nine touchdowns. He averaged 22 yards per reception and if he can keep getting deep and winning jump balls, this will look like a steal.

48. Miami Dolphins: Will Grier, QB, West Virginia

The Miami Dolphins may want to give Ryan Tannehill more time, but they need a backup plan as well. Will Grier may not be considered a day one talent, but he has the potential to be a starter in the NFL. Grooming him for a year behind Tannehill won’t be a bad idea and if he pushes the veteran to be better, then they have some options via trade going forward.
