The Dallas Cowboys are set to face the Los Angeles Rams in a NFC Divisional Round playoff game where the winner goes to the NFC Championship Game.

The time is now for the Dallas Cowboys and the Los Angeles Rams to square off against each other with their seasons on the line and the winner gaining an invitation to the NFC Championship game. With the winner-take-all game taking place on Saturday night, the Cowboys and Rams are similar in a few ways.

First, they both have third-year quarterbacks with Dak Prescott of the Cowboys and Jared Goff of the Rams both being selected in the 2015 NFL Draft, though Goff is a former No. 1 overall pick and Prescott was selected on Day 3 of that same draft.

Both the Rams and Cowboys have top-notch running backs and wide receivers in Ezekiel Elliott and Amari Cooper leading the way for the Cowboys, while the Rams bring Todd Gurley and Robert Woods as their top players at running back and wide receiver.

The two teams have had strong offensive line play at times this season as both the Rams and Cowboys have blocked for 1,200-plus yard rushers. The defenses of the two teams are high-quality as well, with the Rams having potential MVP candidate Aaron Donald bringing his 20.5 sacks to the game.

The Cowboys as an entire unit have been strong as of late, but linebacker Leighton Vander Esch and Jaylon Smith have become one of the best young linebacker combos in all of the NFL and are only getting better.

Los Angeles is a seven-point favorite in this game on Saturday night, but that doesn’t mean the Rams are set in stone to win this game. Like stated earlier, there are going to need to be bold moves and decisions made throughout the game played in the City of Angels, but once it is all said and done, the game will be one to remember for NFL fans.

Here are five bold predictions for the Rams and Cowboys as they get set to have possibly the game of the year.
