The Green Bay Packers have a bevy of holes to fill this offseason. Here are some prospective free agents that could help fill those voids.

During the 2018 season it became glaringly obvious which positions the Green Bay Packers needed to address this coming offseason. From the lack of a consistent pass rush, to the huge void at the safety position, the Packers need a few playmakers at key positions on defense.

Clearly general manager Brian Gutekunst thought the same. He decided to trade safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix to the Washington Redskins for a 2019 fourth-round pick, forcing the Packers to move 35-year-old cornerback Tramon Williams to free safety. As for the pass rush, Kyler Fackrell was the Packers’ most consistent edge defender, which goes to show how bad Green Bay’s outside linebackers were overall.

On the other side of the ball, right guard became another big concern after Justin McCray failed to step up and subsequently had his job taken early in the season by long-time journeyman Byron Bell (hint: both were below average). The Packers also lacked a consistent receiving threat opposite of Davante Adams, a huge reason Adams saw a whopping 169 targets in just 15 games.

The Packers will have between $30-40 million in cap space by the time free agency starts (currently $32 million, per Spotrac). Below is a list of possible free agents, broken down by tiers, who could be worth looking at.
