Tyree Jackson, Buffalo – Denver Broncos

The Denver Broncos and Tyree Jackson are a match that would make a ton of sense. Gary Kubiak looked to be their new offensive coordinator, but he’s since dropped out of the running. While Jackson and Kubiak would’ve been a good match between coach and player, Jackson will still fit in Denver.

The Broncos will have the opportunity to groom Jackson for a season while Case Keenum plays out his contract. However, if unforeseen circumstances forced Jackson into the starting lineup, he’ll have a ton of weight lifted off his shoulders with the personnel around him on offense.

Two of the most important factors to ensure a rookie quarterback’s success are a strong defense and a running game. The Broncos have bothAs always, the Denver Broncos have a talented backfield with two young, promising backs in Royce Freeman and Phillip Lindsay.

One of Jackson’s most obvious strengths is his arm. The velocity and power behind his throws is second to none, especially in the 2019 NFL Draft. He has a cannon, desirable by all offensive schemes and affording him the ability to make all the throws.

Moreover, because of his 6-7, 245-pound frame, Jackson is difficult to bring down. Not only can he shrug off defenders, but he has the athleticism to extend plays. The two wideouts Jackson will have are young. Both DeSean Hamilton and Courtland Sutton will enter their second season in 2019. The latter had a solid outing as a rookie despite bad quarterback play, while Hamilton has all the tools to become a big play weapon.
