The season ended early for the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday as they fell 41-28 to the New England Patriots in the AFC Divisional Round. Tom Brady and company came to play and the Chargers were simply the team in their way.

At 12-4, the Chargers were tied with the best record in the AFC during the regular season. However, tie breakers with the Kansas City Chiefs forced Los Angeles to the Wild Card Round and a second-round matchup on the road against the Patriots.
