9. Buffalo Bills: N’Keal Harry, WR, Arizona State

Scouts were incredibly divided on the player the Buffalo Bills took at No. 7 in 2018. In need of a quarterback, they chose Josh Allen out of Wyoming. He enamored many with his strong arm — Allen could be seen in several videos launching a ball 70-yards with a flick of the wrist. Others were turned off by his inaccuracy — some even went as far as searching for his high school stats to prove he’s not worthy of leading an NFL team.

For Buffalo, they ended up preferring his upside to Josh Rosen and so far, he looks like he has a shot. Allen did struggle at times making accurate throws, but his ability to improvise was on full display as a rookie. He also had more mobility than expected as Allen racked up 631 yards and eight touchdowns on the ground.

Now that he has a year under his belt, the Bills hope for the next step to come and aid him in that process is N’Keal Harry who they select with their No. 9 overall pick in this 2019 NFL Mock Draft. Harry has excellent size and can win contested passes. He’s also great after making the catch, which can take a lot of the pressure off Allen moving forward.
