13. Chris Hogan

Chris Hogan has been fortunate enough to reach the Super Bowl each year since joining the Patriots three years ago, although the wideout like the rest of his teammates are still bummed over the results from last February.

Despite all of the times Hogan has come through for Brady in the passing game, he hasn’t exactly been the most consistent wide receiver in the world either, and the fact that he didn’t record a single 100-yard receiving game will back that up.

Still, one of the great things about a receiver like Hogan is how he can explode for a strong outing at any given time, kind of like two years ago when he torched the Pittsburgh Steelers in the AFC Championship by catching nine passes for 180 yards with two touchdowns.

Since the Rams are expected to focus most of their attention on Edelman and Gronkowski, Hogan could be in a similar situation as Dorsett where he benefits from additional passes thrown in his direction.

In a way, it’s kind of amazing that Hogan has never caught more than 38 passes during the regular season with his set of skills, but also this could what makes him the most dangerous entering the Super Bowl as a potential secret weapon for the Patriots on offense.
