9. Buffalo Bills: Ed Oliver, DT, Houston

Ed Oliver could go higher than this but slides a little with quarterback-needy teams picking before this. For the Buffalo Bills, that’s a great thing as they land an elite prospect in the Houston defensive tackle.

Just like Quinnen Williams, Oliver is a player who can play the run extremely well, but shines as a pass rusher from the tackle position. He’s able to win with multiple moves as well, says NFL.com’s Bucky Brooks.

"“Oliver is capable of winning with finesse or power on the inside, but he wins most of his snaps by outworking his opponent at the line of scrimmage. Whether it’s using a second or third move on a rush or simply running down a ball carrier from behind on a chase play, Oliver’s energy and effort jump off the screen. In fact, it reminds me a lot of Sheldon Richardson’s tape when I watched him make a ton of energy plays at Missouri as a disruptive playmaker.” — Brooks, NFL.com"

For the Buffalo Bills, he makes their already impressive defense that much tougher to deal with. They would surely like to get another offensive playmaker for quarterback Josh Allen, but Oliver is simply too good to pass up.
