11. Cincinnati Bengals: Devin White, LB, LSU

Marvin Lewis is out the door, which means the Cincinnati Bengals might finally see a positive change on the offensive side of the ball. After going through a couple of offensive coordinators at the end of the season, it became apparent that he was the problem.

This doesn’t mean they have to go offense right away in the 2019 NFL Draft. That’s because they still have some weapons to use like receiver A.J Green, quarterback Andy Dalton, and running back Joe Mixon. Those three give them a firm foundation to work with, especially Mixon who has developed into a real threat at the position.

Knowing that they can put up numbers on offense with those three, Cincinnati uses the best player available strategy and lands the top linebacker in this class — Devin White from LSU. White is far and away the best at his craft needs terms of incoming rookies. He flies to the ball with his phenomenal instincts and is a great tackler.

As a sophomore, he had 133 tackles with 4.5 sacks for the Tigers. He added another 123 tackles the following season and three more sacks. He will become an instant playmaker for the Bengals as they look to climb out of last place in the AFC North.
