22. Baltimore Ravens: Kelvin Harmon, WR, NC State

The Baltimore Ravens are turning the page under center as Lamar Jackson has officially taken over for Joe Flacco. A former Super Bowl winner, Flacco started to decline in recent seasons which prompted the front office to trade back into the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft and take Jackson at No. 32.

The former Heisman winner from Louisville then spent the first part of the season on the bench, but then Flacco was sidelined with a hip injury. That allowed Jackson a chance to shine, and he never relented the job even when Flacco was healthy. While he had a lot of room to grow as a passer, Jackson went 6-1 as a starter for Baltimore.

Their future seems bright with the excitement he brings, but it could be even better with more talent around him. That’s the goal here as they add a new No. 1 wide receiver in Kelvin Harmon. Part of an impressive offense with North Carolina State, Harmon was the most complete receiver the Wolfpack had. As a sophomore, he recorded 69 receptions for 1,017 yards and four touchdowns. He followed that up with another 81 catches and 1,186 yards during his junior campaign.

He brings the kind of height that teams desire in a No. 1 target and is no slouch in the speed and athleticism department either. While Jackson will continue to be the primary playmaker, someone like Harmon can take a lot of pressure off him.
