24. Oakland Raiders (via Chicago Bears): A.J. Brown, WR, Ole Miss

The second pick for the Oakland Raiders comes courtesy of the Khalil Mack trade and lands them at No. 24. They surely hoped to be making their selection earlier than this, but they do at least land a potential starter with their selection.

A.J. Brown looked to be the top receiver at one point but was passed up by a couple of prospects, including teammate D.K. Metcalf who was on fire before his injury. While some have cooled on Brown’s stock, Aaron Gershon of With the First Pick still finds him to be one of the best receivers in the draft — even listing him as the No. 5 SEC player overall to enter the draft.

"“Brown has a great mix of size and speed at 6’1. He also has excellent hands and seems to catch every target that comes his way. There are a lot of names at wide receiver in the 2019 NFL Draft, but A.J. Brown is somewhere near the top of that list.” — Gershon, With the First Pick"

With Oakland trading away Amari Cooper, they can use another No. 1 wideout and Brown could prove to be that guy for them.
