26. Indianapolis Colts: Dexter Lawrence, DT, Clemson

Ryan Grigson completely tore apart the Indianapolis Colts roster and they looked like a mess in 2017 without quarterback Andrew Luck out there masking all the holes. With Luck back, things were better as the Colts made the playoffs. However, not all their good fortune was attributable to the talented quarterback.

New general manager Chris Ballard and head coach Frank Reich deserve a lot of credit as well. Reich kept things from falling apart following a 1-5 start, which is no easy task. As for Ballard, he did incredibly well in his first draft.

He added extra picks in the deal with the New York Jets and hit on some solid selections with Quenton Nelson and Darius Leonard being the biggest stars. Here, Ballard continues to shape the roster to his liking and adds a beast of a defensive tackle.

Dexter Lawrence was hit with a suspension ahead of the Clemson Tigers first playoff game this season for a failed drug test. He was reportedly taking performance enhancers, which could cause teams to hesitate when drafting him. With enough time between the incident and now to make teams forget, Lawrence still goes in the first round and will make the Colts defensive line immensely better.
