The San Francisco 49ers have a chance to add elite talent through the 2019 NFL Draft. Who do they select in this 7-round mock draft?

The Super Bowl is officially over, which means it is time to start looking ahead to the 2019 NFL Draft, which is just a few short months away. Last year’s draft saw the San Francisco 49ers netting valuable contributors such as Mike McGlinchey, Fred Warner and Dante Pettis.

The Niners will look to continue to add young pieces that will prove fruitful as they continue towards a successful rebuild and look to get back in Super Bowl contention.

Entering the 2019 offseason, the 49ers’ most glaring needs appear to be at a number of key positions such as an elite pass rusher, cornerback, interior offensive lineman, and linebacker. With a total of six picks, a number of those holes can be filled with top power-five talents from schools such as Alabama, Ohio State and Wisconsin.

From putting up huge numbers in college, to standing out at the Senior Bowl, various players in this mock could prove to give instant impact, depth, and special team production to a team that finished a measly 4-12, finishing only ahead of the worst overall team in the NFL, the Arizona Cardinals, in the NFC West.

With the No. 2 overall pick in the draft and a healthy Jimmy Garoppolo, the 49ers will be looking to rebound and at least compete for a wild card spot behind the NFC champion Los Angeles Rams; nailing the draft would be a superb start.

Note: The 49ers do not have a fifth round pick.
