1. Jacksonville Jaguars

Looking back to last offseason, one of the biggest regrets any team made was easily the Jacksonville Jaguars rewarding Blake Bortles with a hefty contract he clearly didn’t deserve, even if his campaign throughout the 2017 season was impressive at times.

Similar to the situation in Miami with Tannehill, a quarterback like Bortles can only receive so many opportunities to show he’s the right man for the job before the time comes to acknowledge he’s far from the right answer.

Moving on from Bortles will be difficult as a result of that contract, but if this helps the Jaguars return to their dominant level from two years ago as one of the most dangerous teams in the AFC, it would all be worth it for Jacksonville.

For weeks, the Jaguars have been linked as a potential landing spot for Nick Foles, but this plan failed to fall in place, Keenum could be worth exploring as another option.

Then again, the situation in Jacksonville wouldn’t seem that much different from Denver since Keenum would be joining a team with a stellar defense, and an offense that appears to be a work in progress, meaning the Jaguars would take this factor into consideration if this were to happen.
