Of the players who are expected to be available in free agency during the 2019 offseason, who are some that the Cleveland Browns should go after?

There aren’t a lot of teams around the NFL that have as much excitement surrounding them this offseason as the Cleveland Browns. Coming off their best single-season performance a, the Browns appear to finally be heading in the right direction.

As much as they improved last year, Cleveland is still in need of a few more pieces before they can make a successful push to the playoffs. With Baker Mayfield under center though, at least the Browns idon’thave to worry about finding a starting quarterback this offseason for the first time in awhile.

This year, Cleveland has around $80 million in cap space to spend in free agency. Unlike past offseasons, it should be easier for the Browns to convince some of the top free-agents of 2019 to sign with them due to the season the team had in 2018 and what their future currently appears to be.

At least for this offseason, Cleveland shouldn’t be viewed as a lovable loser. Players available in free agency this year may actually be intrigued with the opportunity to help the Browns get back to being one of the most competitive teams in the NFL.

With this new aura surrounding the franchise and nice load of spending money available, Cleveland should be among the league’s top participants in free agency this offseason.

So of all the potential free-agents the Browns could go after this year, which four should the team put the majority of their focus into signing?
