Randall Cobb, WR

He hasn’t been healthy for a full season since 2015, so the Browns may be able to add Cobb to their roster this offseason for a bit of a bargain. Since entering the NFL in 2011, the 28-year old receiver developed into a favorite target of Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers. During his eight-year career with the Packers, Cobb hauled in 470 passes for 5,524 yards and 41 touchdowns.

His best season came in 2014 when he finished with 91 catches for 1,287 yards and 12 touchdowns. That was also the first and only year Cobb has ever been invited to the Pro Bowl. Since then, his production has never really been able to reach that high of a level again.

Last season, Cobb only appeared in nine games due to a lingering hamstring injury. He finished the year with just 38 receptions for 383 yards and two scores. But at his age, Cobb may still have a few productive seasons of football left in him. He would also bring a winning mentality to Cleveland as he has appeared in a total of 11 playoff games during his NFL career.

For a team like the Browns that has a bunch of talented, young receivers, Cobb would be a good guy to bring in as a mentor for some of these guys. He would be able to help with their development and steer them in the right direction.
