Salt Lake City Stallions vs. Birmingham Iron live stream: Watch AAF online

The Birmingham Iron look to continue a perfect start to the inaugural AAF season as they take on the Salt Lake City Stallions on Saturday at home.

In the first week of the AAF (Alliance of American Football), things got off to a booming start. Fans throughout the country were tuning in to see the upstart pro football league get underway, and the results were entertaining. With the NFL now gone, it was great just to see the game being played. On Saturday, it will be the Birmingham Iron and Salt Lake City Stallions get Week 2 underway.

The Iron will be playing their second-straight home game this week after dismantling the lowly Memphis Express last week. Quarterback Luis Perez was one of the best at his position in the AAF last week, finding great rapport with Quinton Patton throughout the day and looking good doing so. With former NFL first-round pick Trent Richardson also on the roster and a defense that stifled the Express, this team looks quite good.

On the other hand, the Stallions were losers in Week 1 of the AAF season, falling 38-22 to the Arizona Hotshots. Now, it’s worth noting that the offense looked solid throughout, even with Matt Linehan and Josh Woodrum splitting time at quarterback. However, the big question for Salt Lake is the defense. Can they match up with Perez.

Many have the Salt Lake City Stallions looking like the best loser that came from Week 1, but the Birmingham Iron appear quite formidable. This is definitely one of the best matchups in Week 2.

This should be one of the more telling AAF contests in Week 2 of the season. While the Birmingham Iron were dominant in victory last week, they played the worst team in the league. Meanwhile, the Salt Lake City Stallions played one of the best teams and performed well enough. We should see where these two actually stand on Saturday.
