The Atlanta Legends and San Diego Fleet look for their first win of the new AAF season as they meet on Sunday, and here’s how you can watch.

In Week 1 of the Alliance of American Football (AAF), we watched both the Atlanta Legends and the San Diego Fleet have a hard time getting off the ground in the right way. While the Legends struggled mightily in every facet of the game, the Fleet showed some defensive promise, but ultimately fell apart on the offensive end. On Sunday night, these two teams will meet up.

Things were brutal for the Atlanta Legends in the first week of the inaugural season. They let the Orlando Apollos run up the score on them, conceding 40 points in the Week 1 loss of the AAF season. However, things got worse for them as Matt Simms and the Legends offense couldn’t generate anything of substance when they had the ball. Subsequently, we’ll see if they can turn that around.

On the contrary, the Fleet really showed some defensive merit as they put the clamps on the San Antonio Commanders offense at times, but not so much at others. However, Mike Bercovici and then Phillip Nelson struggled in their own right. Against the Atlanta defense that was so bad last week, we’ll see how they manage on Sunday night.

The Atlanta Legends and San Diego Fleet both had their issues last week, particularly when it comes to their offense. However, if Week 2 of the AAF has taught us anything, it’s that anything can change when you have a new league getting underway. Therefore, we’ll see if these two teams are able to get their footing more strongly set.
