Mark Ingram

A little older than the others listed to this point, the 29-year old Mark Ingram is set to become a free agent next month. The former Heisman Trophy winner and first round pick of the Saints back in 2011 has played all eight seasons in the league for New Orleans.

The two-time Pro Bowler was suspended the first four games of the 2018 campaign, and even in 12 games, Ingram still put up over 800 yards and seven touchdowns. Over his eight year career, he has plugged the stat sheet with over 6,000 yards, 50 touchdowns, and averaging four and a half yards per carry; Ingram has added an additional 230 catches, 1,600 yards, and five scores receiving as well.

At nearly 30 years old, Ingram, historically speaking, may be on the decline of his career. However, he has not been the bellcow in New Orleans, so he does not have nearly as much tread on his tires as other backs around the age of 30.

However, teams will still be weary of signing him to a long term deal, so Ingram could be looking at a one or two year deal anywhere from $7-9 million annually.
