With less than a month to go before 2019 NFL free agency begins, boldly predicting what the Oakland Raiders will do just makes too much sense.

Things are about to get very interesting for the Oakland Raiders. With tons of salary cap space to throw around, a barrel full of draft ammo and plenty of issues to address, the upcoming offseason could be an escape for a franchise seemingly trapped in a state of ineptitude.

The assumption right now is that Jon Gruden is preparing for the unfolding of his master plan. He already spent the last year transforming this roster, moving pieces at a rapid pace while stockpiling future assets. Can he do enough during another offseason of endless tinkering to return the Raiders to relevance?
