Round 2, Pick 3: Andre Dillard, OT, Washington State

One of the more talked about names at this point in the pre-draft process is Dillard, who parlayed a great senior season into an invite to the Senior Bowl, where he performed well. In need of a major upgrade along their offensive line, the Raiders would be wise to snag him at the top of the second round if he is still available.

With Donald Penn and potentially Kelechi Osemele on their way out of Oakland, selecting an offensive lineman early in the draft is a must — even after selecting Kolton Miller with their first round pick and then taking Brandon Parker in the middle rounds a year ago.

The Raiders have a ton of holes on their roster, specifically on the offensive side of the ball, and any offensive upgrades must start with the offensive line.

If Dillard does in fact land in Oakland, expect him to be a day-one starter who has the versatility to play guard or tackle, which he displayed during his time at the college level. Here they nab the big 6-5 and 310-pound tackle from Wazzu in what is one of many changes to happen along the offensive line in Oakland.
