The Birmingham Iron put their perfect record on the line against the winless Atlanta Legends in Week 3 of AAF action, and here’s how you can watch.

Through the first two weeks of the 2019 AAF season, the Birmingham Iron have looked impressive. They have reeled off two-straight victories to this point and enter the third week of the season as one of just three undefeated teams. On Sunday, they’ll put that unblemished mark on the line as they go on the road to face the Atlanta Legends.

For as good as the Iron have been to this point in the AAF season, the Legends have been less than stellar. While they showed more life in Week 2 after getting their feet set a bit more, Atlanta is still 0-2 entering the third week of the inaugural campaign. They need to get more from quarterback Matt Simms and running back Lawrence Pittman on that side of the ball, and need the defense to step up, if they’re to find success.

While the big name for Birmingham is running back Trent Richardson, he’s not been all that impressive to this point. However, quarterback Luis Perez is one of the breakout stars of the AAF to this point. Moreover, with the Iron defense playing at a high level, they look to be an extremely tough team to knock off at this point.

At this point, the Birmingham Iron might quietly be the class of the AAF. They have displayed the most balance in terms of their performances on both sides of the ball to this point and have the weapons to make statements. However, with the Atlanta Legends playing their first home game, perhaps they can find some positive momentum for themselves and pick up a big win.
