Here’s a list of five non-playoff teams from the NFC who could become instant contenders if they were to acquire Antonio Brown in a trade from the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Before the Pittsburgh Steelers know it, a trade offer will hopefully be in place involving Antonio Brown since after last week’s meeting between the two parties, it’s clear a fresh start is best for both sides.

Without question, Brown deserves credit for being in the category of a top wide receiver in the league since the 15 touchdown passes he hauled in alone last season are just one of many examples to back that statement up.

Even with how much of a headache he’s been over the last couple of months for the Steelers, there are numerous teams who seem willing to give the speedster a shot in 2019, especially if Brown puts them in better position to earn a trip to the Super Bowl.

Rightfully so, Pittsburgh recently indicated their preference to send Brown to a NFC team if possible since the last thing they want to do is face a situation where they have to deal with him in the playoffs, although Super Bowl would be just as bad.

As soon as the news broke that the Steelers would be seeking a trade for the wideout, plenty of speculation started to emerge over possible landing spots for Brown once the new league year officially got underway in March.

While there’s always the strong possibility of Brown ending up on a serious contender like the New Orleans Saints or Philadelphia Eagles, it’s time to explore some non-playoff teams that could give it a shot trying to land the receiver to help make them instant contenders in the NFC.
