18. Minnesota Vikings: Greg Little, OT, Mississippi

Here at pick 18, the Minnesota Vikings remain consistent and select Greg Little from Ole Miss to add him to their otherwise struggling offensive line. Little remains a name that remains consistently talked about in the middle of the first round and as a prospect who neither rises like Taylor or falls like Williams. That’s not such a bad thing though as he still lands in the top 20 and looks primed to stay there.

Becoming the third tackle off of the board, Little will be tasked with the job of blocking for Dalvin Cook and protecting Kirk Cousins. For a team with such high aspirations like the Vikings had in 2018, they must focus on bouncing back and keeping Cousins upright in addition to staying healthy.

While their championship window remains open, the Vikings have to act fast, and while they could look to address the defensive side of the ball with the impeding free agency of Anthony Barr, upgrading their subpar offensive line seems like the more likely option. Here in volume two of this mock draft, the Vikings stay put and snag offensive tackle Little out of Ole Miss and hope to get back into Super Bowl contention.
