As 2019 NFL free agency is set to begin next week, where will linebacker and four-time Pro Bowler Anthony Barr call home next?

Former top-10 pick back in 2014, linebacker Anthony Barr, is set to hit the open market next week after five seasons with the Minnesota Vikings. After signing Kurt Cousins to his massive deal last offseason, the Vikes find themselves with only a little over $5 million to play with in free agency.

With Barr expecting to break the $10 million plateau on his next contract, it looks likely that he has played his last days in Minnesota.

Thoughout his five year career, Barr has totaled 13.5 sacks to tag along with 338 tackles. Displaying his ability to play off the ball as well as on the edge, he is a versatile weapon that should make teams fight for his services. Barr has added 30 tackles behind the line of scrimmage, 31 quarterback hits, and seven forced fumbles in his career as a Viking as well.

The UCLA product has been best utilized in a hybrid role playing both as an off-ball linebacker and as and edge rusher. Named to the Pro Bowl in four straight years, Barr is one of hotter names at the linebacker position, along with C.J. Mosley to hit the open market.

Flushed with cash and in need of a linebacker, five potential teams stand out as potential suitors for Barr heading into free agency.
