37. New York Giants: Jerry Tillery, DT, Notre Dame

They got their quarterback earlier on and now the Giants look to re-build their once-feared defensive line. They moved on from Damon Harrison and Jason Pierre Paul already and now there are rumors that Olivier Vernon could be next. Notre Dame defensive tackle Jerry Tillery should help ease some of the losses as he’s a difference maker in the middle of the line.

38. Jacksonville Jaguars: Irv Smith Jr., TE, Alabama

Alabama tight end Irv Smith, Jr. is slightly undersized, but he showed he has a lot to offer during the combine. He ran every drill well and was especially smooth when catching the ball. He could end up being a better pro than he was a collegiate player and finds a home where they’re in desperate need of a solid tight end.

39. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Dalton Risner, OG/T, Kansas State

They bulked up on the defensive line with their first pick and now the Bucs are getting help for the offensive line. Dalton Risner played all over the line and has many who think he will be a guard in the NFL. He shouldn’t have to move inside and Tampa tries him here as a potential tackle.

40. Buffalo Bills: Josh Jacobs, RB, Alabama

Josh Jacobs didn’t start long at Alabama but he showed enough to be drafted early. It wouldn’t be surprising to see him taken in the first round but in this mock he’s still around at 40 where the Bills gladly bring him in to replace LeSean McCoy.
