49. Cleveland Browns: Jeffery Simmons, DT, Mississippi State

With their second pick in this 2019 NFL Mock Draft, the Cleveland Browns add Jeffery Simmons from Mississippi State. While he tore his ACL training for the combine, Simmons is an elite prospect at a position of major need for the Browns.

50. Minnesota Vikings: Oshane Ximines, EDGE, Old Dominion

The Minnesota Vikings are a strong defensive team and they stay that way by continually adding talent to develop. Here they do that with Old Dominion edge rusher Oshane Ximines. A redshirt senior, Ximines is a player with a lot of potential but it could take a season or two for him to reach that given the level of competition he played against. Until he fully develops, he should still provide the Vikings a solid third-down pass rushing option that will really help their defense.

51. Tennessee Titans: Kelvin Harmon, WR, NC State

The combine wasn’t good to everyone. North Carolina State’s Kelvin Harmon saw his stock drop some as a player who felt like a late first-round pick falls to the Titans here. It could be a good spot for him, but it’s still not what he was expecting before the workouts.

52. Pittsburgh Steelers: Joe Jackson, EDGE, Miami (FL)

Bud Dupree still hasn’t become the player the Steelers hoped he would be, so they add Joe Jackson with their second-round pick. Dupree still has another season on his contract, but they could make the switch to Jackson and save money. He could also prove to be a more explosive player.
