61. Kansas City Chiefs: Amani Oruwariye, CB, Penn State

After addressing the safety position in the first round, the Chiefs now add a corner with their first of two second-round picks. Amani Oruwariye out of Penn State is their guy, and he’s a good value here. At one point he seemed like a first-round talent, but other players leapfrogged him. He ends up with a team that could use an infusion of youth and talent in the secondary, so he will get a chance to shine early.

62. New Orleans Saints: Jace Sternberger, TE, Texas A&M

A late-rising tight end, Jace Sternberger could become a great receiving option for the New Orleans Saints. They need wideouts as well, but they’re expected to bring Dezx Bryant back in free agency. With him, Michael Thomas and Sternberger on the same team, Drew Brees should be in line for another big season in New Orleans.

63. New England Patriots: Miles Boykin, WR, Notre Dame

The Patriots could use an outside wide receiver, especially one with size and speed. That’s what they get here out of Miles Boykin. The Notre Dame product measured in at 6-foot-4 and 220-pounds, but then impressed with a 4.42 time in the 40-yard dash. The Patriots have some excellent route runners, adding an athlete like Boykin will help stretch the field enough for those players to be even more dangerous.

64. Kansas City Chiefs (via L.A. Rams): Darrell Henderson, RB, Memphis

After moving on from Kareem Hunt, the Chiefs found gold in Damien Williams. However, they can’t just assume he will continue to roll with no competition in the backfield. They add that here with Darrell Henderson, who racked up 1,909 yards and 22 touchdowns for Memphis. He then tested well at the combine and becomes the player who closes out our second round.
