2. D.J. Fluker, OG

After a tough start to his career and three different teams, D.J. Fluker rebounded with a solid year in Seattle’s dynamic running game. Fluker has long been known as a mauler in the run game, fitting perfectly with the Jaguars’ physical brand of offense.

After letting Patrick Omameh and A.J. Cann walk in free agency, the Jags will be looking for someone to pair with former All-Pro guard and 2018 free agent signing, Andrew Norwell. A fresh face on the offensive line could do wonders for this unit, who experienced injuries at every turn of the 2018 season.

Both the O-line and running back Leonard Fournette will be looking for a bounce back year in 2019, and the addition of Fluker — plus the return of second year man Will Richardson — could be just the catalyst they’re looking for.

Fluker has been fairly durable in his NFL career, starting 74 games and missing significant time just once. This could be a win-win situation, as the Jaguars could get a sturdy guard on a short term deal, all the while grooming Richardson, who was seen as a project in last year’s draft. A short term deal would give Fluker the chance to show the strong play in Seattle wasn’t an accident and would see him hit the open market again before turning 30.
