After the combine and deep into the pre-draft process, here is an updated 7-round mock draft for the San Francisco 49ers.

With Jimmy Garoppolo returning to action in 2019 after recovering from an ACL injury, the San Francisco 49ers hope to return to competitive football. Young genius Kyle Shanahan is manning the ship, and with the right talent added to his roster this offseason, the level of play next year could increase exponentially.

After the combine, many players have seen their draft stocks shoot through the roof while others did not take advantage of their opportunity in Indianapolis and hope to rebound at their pro days. With the shuffling of draft boards, an updated 7-round mock draft is a necessity to keep up with the changes.

With team needs at defensive end, in the secondary at both cornerback and safety, on the offensive line, and at wide receiver, the 49ers have six picks in the upcoming draft next month to infuse youth and talent into their roster. After adding a compensatory sixth round pick, the Niners now have an extra pick to work with in a deep draft class.
